2011 is a very exciting time for Prime Source. We have come a long way since we began purchasing for our first nursing home 10 years ago. We now have over 120 satisfied clients in various service capacities including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, adult day care centers, hotels, caterers, and even a children’s hospital.We do business in 12 states and have plans to further extend our reach. We have excellent, on-going relationships with hundreds of vendors that offer great products at terrific prices.

The team at Prime Source is working hard to constantly and consistently save our clients money and make their operations more efficient so that they can focus on their core competencies.We are always on top our pricing to keep your costs low.Each week, every month, and throughout the year, we are meeting with new vendors, visiting trade shows, conducting research and analysis, and speaking with new facilities to learn about the latest trends in purchasing innovation.

And we have not stopped growing. Last year, we reached out for feedback and you told us that you need more customer service. We are proud to say that this year we instituted a customer service department that is focused on attending to any issue or problem that our clients have. Additionally, our E-system for purchasing is running smoother than ever so that your ability to purchase is easier than ever.

Moving forward into 2011, we are looking to significantly increase our communication with our clients. At Prime Source, we are exposed to new ideas and trends all the time and we want to be share these concepts with you in real time. Therefore, keep your eye out for the following:
